If you are holding tickets for a performance and are unable to attend or missed your performance, please note that your tickets have no monetary value. However, as a courtesy, we offer you the opportunity to attend a future performance from a list of options we will provide.
Please contact Help@BroadwayDirect.com to past date your tickets.
They will provide a list of eligible dates, updated weekly. Please note: complimentary tickets, tickets with a zero-dollar value, and lottery tickets are not valid for this past-date courtesy.
Important Details:
- We encourage you to submit your request as early as possible—ideally within 30-45 days of your desired performance date, to give us the best chance to accommodate your preferred option. Requests made too far in advance cannot be guaranteed, as eligible dates are updated weekly.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability.
- Once your original performance date has passed, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Seats will be assigned at the theatre’s discretion based on availability.
- Tickets may only be past dated for the same production as your original performance.
- Past dating is a courtesy that we can only offer once; please note if you are unable to use your rescheduled ticket, it cannot be rescheduled again.
- This courtesy program is subject to change without notice.
